Centralised Gateway Control
All gateways are managed from a single interface. We define and apply configuration profiles across your entire deployment. Changes to frequency plans, packet forwarder settings, and network configurations are rolled out instantly and consistently — eliminating manual configuration overhead and ensuring uniform behaviour across large fleets.
Custom Firmware with Built-In Intelligence
Gateways run custom-developed firmware designed specifically for reliability and remote operations. This enables secure configuration enforcement, regular OTA updates and fixes, and optimised performance for LoRaWAN traffic handling. Because the firmware is tightly integrated with the platform, it provides a level of control and flexibility not possible with off-the-shelf solutions.
Secure Remote Access via Outbound VPN
Each gateway establishes an outbound VPN connection to the platform, removing the need for inbound firewall rules or complex network configuration. This enables remote diagnostics and troubleshooting, secure shell access when required, and safe operation within restricted or enterprise environments. The outbound-only model significantly reduces the attack surface while maintaining full operational control.
Health Monitoring & Telemetry
The platform continuously monitors gateway health and availability through regular heartbeat (ping) checks, status reporting covering online/offline state, connectivity, performance, and service uptime. System-level metrics and alerts give our team real-time visibility into your infrastructure for rapid identification and resolution of issues.
