Depending on your chosen installation location, fees may be higher when technology such as solar & battery is needed, or non-standard gateways to meet your requirements.
The quoted price includes 4G connectivity across the European Union. For deployments outside the EU, connectivity options and pricing will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.

- What's included in the 5-year lease?
- Everything you need for a fully managed gateway: the hardware itself, custom firmware, 4G cellular connectivity, health monitoring, secure remote management by our team, and automatic over-the-air firmware updates. All included in the annual fee.
- Do I need to provide an internet connection at each gateway site?
- No. Every managed gateway includes a built-in 4G cellular connection. There’s no need for Ethernet, Wi-Fi, or any local internet infrastructure at the installation site. The 4G connectivity is included in the annual price for all EU deployments.
- What gateway hardware do you use?
- We use commercial-grade LoRaWAN gateways selected for reliability and long-term outdoor deployment. Indoor gateways are compact for office or warehouse environments, while outdoor gateways feature IP67-rated weatherproof enclosures for exposed installations. All gateways run our custom firmware for optimal performance.
- Are prices excluding VAT?
- Yes. All prices shown are excluding VAT. VAT will be added where applicable based on your location.
- How is billing handled?
- Gateways are billed annually. You can add or remove gateways at the start of each billing cycle. Contact us for custom billing arrangements for large fleets.
- Can I get engineering support for deployment?
- Yes. Our engineering team is available at €225/hour for custom integration, deployment planning, network design, and technical consultancy. We can also help with site surveys and coverage planning.
- What happens at the end of the 5-year lease?
- Contact us to discuss renewal options, hardware refresh, or transitioning to the latest gateway models. We’ll work with you to find the best path forward for your deployment.
